We aim to preserve and pass down Korea’s dessert craftsmanship, going beyond simple desserts to lead recipe development, standardized training, and technical growth in the baking industry.

First Baking Academy offers an 8-module certification program (Macaron, Tart, Cake Design, Baked Goods, Boulangerie, Chocolate, Pastry & Bread Mastery) developed by KBQA. The program focuses on customer needs and aims to train top-level patissiers leading the premium dessert market.
